The relationship typically begins when we simply meet in person with a potential client and bring that party up to date as to what we do, why we do it and what they can expect from the process. During this initial meeting we learn about the party requesting our services as well. At some point during our conversation, we ordinarily agree that our solutions will work for this situation or not. The party may decide that they want to be involved in our range of services or they may not. When we agree to represent a client it is because we feel strongly that we can deliver on the intended outcome. ABA will not undertake an opportunity just for the sake of it.
When we do form an agreement, the team at ABA is going to be working in harmony with the party / parties wanting to buy, sell, merge, obtain financing, get an evaluation done etc... We are going to be placing a great deal of trust in each other as we develop a relationship among our team and you, the client. We are going to be working for hours, days, weeks or possibly months together and the understanding of the process from the beginning, is very important. We will mutually do our due diligence and cover all aspects of the specific situation at hand. If we establish an agreement and if we approach the process in this methodical and proactive way, it will ensure a smooth and extremely pleasant experience for us all.
